What are my rights under the GDPR?

Personal information is processed by Infotelligent in accordance with its (and its customers’) legitimate interests. We are happy to share our legitimate interest assessment (LIA) with you should you wish to see it.

We also process information based on your consent, when you provide your information to us in order to receive our products and/or services.

Is the provision of my personal data a statutory requirement?

No.

Is the provision of my personal information a contractual requirement?

Some of your personal information, such as your name, contact information and billing information, may be required in order to provide you with our products and/or services.

Should you choose not to provide your personal details to us as a customer, we would be unable to provide you with our products and/or services.

Do you run any auto-decision making or profiling on me?

No, we do not.

Will my information ever be transferred internationally?

We may transfer your personal information outside of your country when it is required that we do so. The data is transferred safely and securely using adequate safeguards to our office in the United States.
